            Whenever there’s a job opening many people would gather information and grab the opportunity to supply a resume and be hired. Once a job opening is announced, many of us take that opportunity which will not go to waste. This has been a breakthrough for many researchers because they have found out which is not surprising that the unemployment rate in Davao is a bit unstable. We’re talking about Davao alone given the exception from the entire country. But to give you a tip here are list of jobs that you think, its a guarantee to earn more profit than your regular job.

Ranking the most demand of jobs available in Davao are the following:

1. Programmers

Programmers are on the top of industry that has the most demanding jobs over the years here in Davao. The work requires analysis, problem solving  and  toughening up of the stomach. Yet the environment for this work could be home based or company based.  Furthermore countries like Japan, US, UK and Australia; they would personally visit Davao conducting tests and which  might possibly hire applicants for abroad. These people not only are exposed to the most technical field of IT  but are exposed on the most difficult problems faced by typical users everyday. One must be equipped with knowledge, analysis and systematic approach over the problem. Programmers earn as much as P100,000.00/month due to the highest demand of their work either here or abroad.

2. Web Developers

Web Developers are also one of the top earners in IT. They are paid based on project demands by the company whether it is freelancing, home based or company based. They are literally 2nd highest earners in Davao. Especially web based developers with only an internet connection, skill set, knowledge and intuitive approach over the problem and demands; they are paid more than what they have asked for. Companies are running after the popularity of their products, how its sold and exposed on the market. Remarkably they earn at least P20,000.00 – P50,000.00 or more a month base on the contracts given by the company.

3. Event Organizer

Event organizers are creative people, they’ll do whatever it takes to make better outputs for the event to push through. These people are organized, time conscious, meticulous, pressure taker, risk taker and physically fit. They have no time to waste nor spare but better know how much they are paid especially when holding bigger events.  These people are also big earners. So might as well as thinking of taking up this career path. And oh! Before I’d forgot, a regular organizer earns big either paid in peso or dollars.

4. Graphic Artists

Graphic artists are also profit earners.  They earn through their creative skills in animation, graphic design, editing, Photoshop and more. The fact that they earn  as much as web developers do which made them one of the toughest in the list. It’s because companies are looking for creative people to help them promote their products/image through the ideas produced by these people. They are paid according to their work output still depending on clients ‘ demand over their design provided by the artist. They are paid on each work they would comprehend by the most of it.

5. SEO Specialist

SEO specialists are known for their acceleration through the internet marketing aspect of promoting websites such as link builders, SEO writers and etc. They are paid based on the rankings they would be able to improve over time. They are competitive and innovative thinkers and knows always the best way out.  They are aggressive in a way they work home based. Its exciting to know that they can work as freelancers or company based employees.

6. Photographers

  Photographers are known as hobbyist but are also professionals who knows how to pick the best shots. They are challenged and always on the Go with whatever subjects needs to be taken. It may be a wedding photography, fashion shoot, travel photography, photojournalism and portrayal. Depending on the category that is taken by a photographer. These professionals also earn big as part of the package deal they would cater towards the client. They are passionate with their work and takes an eye to make a mind blown away.

7. College Professor

At heart, they like to teach, learn and grow as individuals but taking this career would take passion, dedication and advocacy to work with different types of people. They are the greatest people in the world because they don’t ask for any return for as long as they would be able to serve students for the proper education except that only few are just passionate nowadays.

8. Writers

Writers earn the right amount of ideas they would put in through their work. They are hardcore, expressive, idealist, influential and knowledgeable. They know many things. They are always curious also they are keen on details specially when its writing for columns, newspapers and websites. Writing is about information. Relaying the details towards the reader. These professionals earn as much as P15,000 –  P20,000 a month which is a good start for a young writer.

English tutors work part time or can be fully employed by the company. Compensations run from P1,500- P2,500 a week. A substantial work would run from 2-4hrs depending on the company who are willing to train you before you would become an English tutors. Tutors are given the good pay and providing the means of education.

10. Call Center Agents

Lastly, one of the best known jobs are in the outsourcing business who are the Call Center Agents. The Outsourcing industry is one of the strongest here in the Philippines and especially in Davao. Call Center agents are urgently hired by companies outsourcing their brand or products.  The only skills that you need to gain is a very good in English or has the accent, computer literate and knowledgeable in the field of IT.
