When did Cheezy lines began?

Cheezy lines started when cellphones were the basic need of people even today. But really, when did it just started?

Probably when ‘ligawan’ was the basic context of starting a cheezy line to make intimacy of a lady. Haven’t you asked yourself why its called cheezy? Maybe because cheezy line causes it to be sticky, funny corny and touchy (literally?). It’s sweet and sticky but how does is correlate to being cheezy?

Making assumptions isn’t my thing because somehow cheesy lines are funny, hilarious and procreative. They are creative lines that defines funny thoughts out of funny ideas. I haven’t figured out exactly how things would turn out if there were no cheesy lines to be included in courtships. Does that mean we are going to go back in the age of Rizal were poets are known for their literary works to impress a lady.

Yet its no longer a use of literary impression to impress a lady with poems. Ladies now are more to funny stuff, cunning, impressive and idealistic. Something that can be cling on. Humorous of a guy is a factor for women/ladies.  They would just go for guys who are smart but still depends on the attraction and the foreplay of courtship. It’s still funny that both you and your partner experience laughter at your relationship because somehow you made a point that though you may not have the looks, you still got your wits.

Based on my experience though its a plus for a guy to be witty enough. Sometimes too much cheezyness on a line is already corny and boring. Don’t make it a habit that it’s no longer interesting. Make it funny and interesting. People love that.

Therefore, cheezy lines began when courtships are strong and effective just decades ago but now people don’t consider courtships. Well, that still depends on how guys handle ladies to say ‘YES!’ in an instant.

So, word of advice. If you want to go for cheesy lines, BE CREATIVE, SMART AND STRAIGHT TO POINT.

WOTL: Word of the Lourd

Word of the Lourd is a popular evening segment of TV 5 which is now the hit youtube viewed by many internet surfers. Currently the host of the show is one of the best in the industry, the show is hosted by Lourd de Veyra.

He is a graduate of BS journalism in UST and UP Diliman. He won several awards for the past decades and mostly his genre is poem and essay. He’s already 36 years old. Many say because of his wit and humor he was able to nail the curiosity of the viewers which made hit of the show.

WOTL

The videos created on YouTube is one of the hit video search of many viewers over the internet. This is because the contents of the show correlates towards the current issues of the country not only current issues but somehow it relates to the idealism of the people and samples that can be best justified. Mainly the show talks about common sense, what else ideas and epic turn of government issues. It also talks about the culture, individuality of Filipinos (mostly common sense topics) and insecurities of politicians. Somehow as a host he would pick on Kris Aquino, PGMA and several other politicians who were part of the show.

Its peculiar that the show sparkles the curiosity, interest and short viewpoints makes it more interesting to watch. Other than its significant milestone towards the understanding of media viewers quick reaction to its viewpoints. Its a clear head start that the show clicked instantly because it not only educate  individuals of all ages but it also educate mediocre type people. It makes sense that they were able to get the attention of the viewers using ideal people from the media as good examples of their show.

This is the kind of show that isn’t boring rather fills the interest of its viewers as its main course of hitting the media successfully.

PSITS featured in Urbandavao.com and Duaad.org

Lately, since the launch of MCITS 2010 or the Mindanao Conference for IT Students where almost 20 schools have participated in the said event. It was a two-day event which students from the entire Mindanao region participated.

This time Urban Davao is a web community which caters fashion, updates, technology, events and activities found on the page for the media live stream in Davao. It was me and Jan Mikko Canarias (one of the founding members of the site) who initiated the partnership.

The purpose of the partnership was to cultivate PSITS members and some of Urban Davao members to unite as one and uniquely expand the links of exchange in information.

Also, DUAAD – Davao United Animators and Designers Inc., where in Sir Ray Rubio – Creative Director and founding member (President) of DUAAD. The organization is currently formed by animators and designers who students and professionals. Given the opportunity to have a chat with Mr. Ray. The body agreed to have us included in their site’s page.

PSITS is now extending its media mileage for the future of our industry and a stepping stone for the org this year.

PSITS is now open for plenty more opportunities which will exceed an extra mile in performance. Breaching better competencies and opening opportunities. This may be the next leap the org will take for an achievable dream close to the IT industry.

 

Aquinolization

I was wondering that time will come things will fall apart. Time will come nothing is left to saved for this country. I am very much counting on the power given by our current administration but the fury of people roaring for the promising words given by the president on his speech was really not effective. Many believed that because he made a very huge impact which inflicted the economy, people and other problems he is now facing.

Unfortunately, what we seek has never been found, what we asked has never been granted and the very fair service we asked of the current administration’s promises has baffled many. We’re still looking forward towards the light which we have been promised.

I’m tired of listening over and over again by the promises given by the current government. As mostly refer to as, “ANG MGA KAPALPAKAN NG ADMINISTRASYONG PNOY”.

I can say, how long are we going to wait before change happens? And stating that “Rome wasn’t built in a day”. Ideally, are we going to wait before we would become worse of all worst countries in the world? Are we going to let people get unemployed for the next years to come? Are we going to listen to the oligarchs governing this country for such a long time in existence? Are we going to wake up at look at the streets fleeting with hungry children? Uneducated mothers, brothers, fathers and sisters? These are the challenges faced by the current administration.

They have given us great influences from the industry including other ruling families in the country. And also Cojuancos, if only HE is fair and just. If only he really understands his own beliefs and if only the filipino people will wake up from the depths of unending problems overwhelming this country. I would say this country has a chance to see its future bright ahead.

As to what I see right now, we are currently in depths of belief that we have only worsened. Years are wasted and looses us. We are now loosing at our own battle.

May be one day given the chance to change. We might see the beauty somehow the justification of fair governance. The kind of government that filipinos will always remember for the rest of our lives. But the question is.. Are we going to move forward? For better or downward?
